Directed Picking & Putting
This system provides an accurate and efficient method of paperless putting / picking of materials in / from pre-defined specific locations in your store or warehouse. Pick to Light Systems are used where high speed and accuracy are crucial. Easily visible lights located directly on the storage location indicate from where the next item is to be put or picked. An optional LED display signals the number of items to be placed or retrieved. This system can ensure speed & accuracy even with casual Store Helpers.
Pick To Light
Light Directed Picking System the light displays directs the Store Helpers to the storage locations where the material has to be picked. Optional LED displays can indicate to the Store Helpers as to how many quantities are to be picked from that particular storage location. After picking the material the Store Helper switches off the light at that location confirming that he has picked the material. This action also updates in real time the inventory status.
Put To Light
In Light Directed Storing System, the light displays directs the Store Helpers to the storage locations where the incoming material has to be put. Optional LED displays can indicate to the Store Helpers as to how many quantities are to be placed at that particular storage location. After putting the incoming material the Store Helper switches off the light at that location confirming that he has put the material. This action also updates in real time the inventory status.
